Per the tuition contract, every family enrolled in nursery through high school is responsible for generating $250 scrip profit between May 16th and May 15th of the following year. This amount is per family, not per child. If a family opts to pay a fundraising fee ($400 per year) instead of using the scrip program, the bill will be added to their tuition account according to the tuition plan chosen. If a family participates in the scrip program, and does not reach the $250 scrip-profit responsibility by the 15th of May, they will be billed for the remaining amount, up to $400. If a family leaves the school, the $400 obligation is NOT prorated. Family fundraising participation is required and can affect your child's school records as per the financial agreement.

Other fees will arise throughout the school year, which are not itemized above. Some such expenses, though not limited to the list below include: Lunch (Food) Expenses, Extended Care Expenses, Field Trip Expenses, Retreat Expenses, Unfunded school supplies, Travel Expenses, Extracurricular Activity Expenses, Lab Fees, etc.
