Child Care Services
Extended-Day Program Beginners Monday-Thursday from 12:30 to 3:00; Friday from 12:30 to 2:00. The annual Monday-Thursday cost is $1,180 per day/per year; the annual Friday cost is: $790 per day/per year. The total cost/school year for a Monday-Friday schedule would be $5,500 per school year.
JK students can attend Extended Day Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.

After-School Program to 4:30 p.m. Beginners-Grade 5. Monday through Thursday from 3:00 to 4:30; and Friday from 2:00 to 4:30. The annual Monday-Thursday cost is $675 per day/per year; the annual Friday cost is $1,045 per day/per year. The total cost of a Monday-Friday schedule would be $3,740 per school year.

After-School Program 4:30 to 6 p.m. Beginners-Grade 5. Monday-Friday cost is $600 per day/per school year. The total cost of a Monday-Friday schedule would be $3,010 per school year.

Vacation Care Vacation care opportunities are based on parent need and enrollment when school is not in session. Grade levels covered are Beginners-Grade 5. Hours are 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Financial aid: Each year, approximately 20% of the student body receives financial assistance in grants of all sizes. Financial aid is awarded on the basis of a family\'s need for tuition support.

Admission decisions are made on a need-blind basis. By helping academically qualified students to attend regardless of their families' resources, financial aid strengthens the economic and social diversity of the school which is key to Renbrook\'s mission.

Applying for Financial Aid Families who wish to apply for financial aid should follow the steps outlined below.

Families must complete the Parents' Financial Statement (PFS) and submit it electronically to School & Student Service for Financial Aid (SSS) with the required fee. The form is available as of November 1, 2012. The PFS must be completed and submitted by December 15 for current families receiving a grant and by February 1 for first-time applications.

In addition to completing your PFS, you should also send SSS a copy of your most recent Income Tax Form #1040 (including all supporting schedules) and a copy of your W2 Form. If you own a business, please provide a copy of your business tax return. Please note that these documents are required for consideration by the school's Financial Aid Committee.

After you have submitted your PFS to School & Student Service for Financial Aid, the SSS office will send Renbrook an electronic computation of your financial need, based on the information you have provided. Renbrook uses this computation as a basis for consideration. Parents will also have access to the computation from SSS.

In the case of divorce, Renbrook expects that both legal parents will contribute to the cost of their child(ren)'s education to the extent of their ability. Custodial and non-custodial parents must complete PFS forms and send these to SSS; both must also submit tax forms and W2s as required.

Confidentiality & Notification All information received by Renbrook School is held in strictest confidence. The Financial Aid Committee will notify families of its determination before requiring them to return an enrollment contract.
