There will be 12 equal payments starting in July and completed in June. (Updated 03/01/2012)

Full-Day Student: $4,776.00

Two students from family-
One in Half-Day K & one in grades 1-up: $7,212.00
Two Full-Day Students: $8,604.00

Three students from family-
One in Half-Day K & two in grades 1-up: $10,236.00
Three Full-Day Students: $11,472.00

Four students from family-
One in Half-Day K & three in grades 1-up: $12,300.00
Four Full-Day Students: $13,380.00

B. Calvary Baptist Church families (members or regular attendees)
One student from family-
Half-Day Kindergarten: $2,916.00
Full-Day Students: $4,332.00

Two students from family-
One in Half-Day K & one in grades 1-up: $6,528.00
Two Full-Day Students: $7,800.00

Three students from family-
One in Half-Day K & two in grades 1-up: $9,264.00
Three Full-Day Students: $10,392.00

Four students from family-
One in Half-Day K & three in grades 1-up: $11,136.00
Four Full-Day Students: $12,120.00

A two percent discount may be applied if your entire yearly tuition is paid by August 1st. If you also have a preschool student, please inquire at the office about an additional discount.

We offer the following tuition payment plans:
A monthly payment schedule based on 12 months (July - June); payment is due on the 1st of the month.
A two-payment schedule: One payment is due on July 1st, and the balance is due on January 1st.
Tuition may also be paid in full prior to the beginning of the school year. A two percent discount will apply.

Late Payment
A late fee in the amount of $25.00 will be added to the tuition if tuition has not been received by the 10th day of said month.

Any tuition payment more than 30 days behind may result in having your child suspended from school until the account is brought up to date or a mutually agreed upon payment schedule is worked out between the administration and the parents. The school reserves the right to require overdue accounts to be paid by cash or money order. If you have any questions or extenuating circumstances you would like to discuss with the principal please call.

Any outstanding tuition balance from the previous school year must be paid prior to your child(ren) starting the new school year. We regret that these measures must be taken, but all school expenses are paid with monies from tuitions.

Returned Checks
A $15.00 fee will be charged on all returned checks. If two (2) checks are returned on the same account, cash or money order payments will be required thereafter.
