Fees and Discounts
Application Fee
One time $50 fee for all new students (includes testing). This fee is non-refundable

Enrollment Fee
This is an annual enrollment fee for all students. This fee is non-refundable:
Early Registering-Returning Students (due by March 31st) $175
Open Enrollment-Registration (due by April 30th ) $225
Open Enrollment-Registration (due by May 31st ) $275
Open Enrollment-Registration (after June 1st) $325

Matriculation Fee
This $250 annual fee for all students covers most textbooks, workbooks, consumable curriculum, and the CCS annual yearbook. Textbooks which are provided to students must be returned in good repair at the conclusion of each class. Lost or damaged books will be replaced at the parent's expense.

Convenience Fee
A 3% charge applies to each credit card transaction.

Late Fee
A $50 Late Fee of applies to any monthly tuition payment received after the 5th of each month.

NSF Check Fee
A $35 NSF Check Fee applies to any returned check. Tuition checks received on time but returned for non-payment may avoid the $50 Late Fee if repaid with the NSF Fee by the 10th of the month.

Advanced Placement Classes
Enrollment in High School AP classes will require the purchase of additional textbooks ranging in price from $50 to $125. AP Exams in May will cost approximately $80 and may result in college credit based on score.

AP English Literature (Grade 12)
AP United StatesHistory (Grade 11)
AP English Composition (Grade 11)
AP World History (Grade 10)

Referral Program
Parents who refer new students to CCS will be awarded a $500 tuition credit for each referred child who enrolls.
(Credit applied after student completes one full semester.)

Multiple Child Discount
Per family: $250 for a 2nd child, $500 for a 3rd child, $1,000 for a 4th child, $2,000 for each additional child.

Pastor Discount
Ordained Pastors currently serving in fulltime ministry: -25%

Tuition Assistance
CCS is currently unable to provide tuition assistance or financial aid.

Parent Participation
Parents ared required to contribute 20hrs of their time per year, per family through the Parent Participation Program. Parents perform a variety of tasks which would otherwise result in increased expenses to the school. Parents who choose not to participate, may pay a $300 opt-out fee in-lieu of serving. [No charge is hours are served]

10 Equal Payments due beginning 9/1/12

12 equal payments due beginning 7/1/12 (with automatic tuition draft only)

Full annual tuition - 5% discount (when paid in full by Sept 1st,2012)

[Please be aware that the registration/application fees are non refundable. Registration will be considered complete and a child's place reserved when fees are paid in full. The matriculation fee is also due at the time of registration. Families with delinquent accounts are not eligible to re-enroll until all financial obligations have been met.]
