No drop-ins are permitted. Registration in this program is necessary.

Afternoon Daycare and Extended After School care are options available to Preschool and Kindergarten students who are able to sign up on a regular schedule of two to five afternoons a week. Payment will be required for the number of days for which the child is registered. (We cannot provide reduction in tuition or make-up days for days missed due to illness, holidays, changes of schedule, etc., since we must meet our expenses regardless of whether or not your child is in attendance).

The afternoon daycare program consists of lunchtime. The child may bring his/her lunch or buy a school lunch. The program also includes inside and outside gym playtime, storytime, the opportunity for painting, coloring, crafts, and other fun activities.

Financial Aid Opportunities
Although the cost of attending Springfield Catholic Schools is significant, the value, many families believe, is greater. Our goal is to ensure that the many benefits of a Catholic education are accessible and available to children and families who value a Catholic education. Therefore, Catholic families who feel the full tuition cost is out of their reach should not hesitate to visit or apply to our schools.

Springfield Catholic Schools uses FACTS tuition Management Company, as well as the FACTS Grant & Aid application. In addition to financial aid opportunities, there are endowment scholarships available for K-12 students through the Springfield-Cape Girardeau Diocese and Sponsor A Child scholarships through the supporting parishes. Springfield Catholic Schools stands ready to assist families with K-12 students to meet their financial commitment through the use of a monthly payment plan and a variety of financial aid opportunities. The FACTS monthly payment plan can be used to assist families with their financial commitment for preschool students; however, no financial aid is available for preschool.

Tuition
Families registering or re-registering in Springfield Catholic Schools are entering a contract with the school system to pay the tuition amounts as set forth for that school year.

The FACTS fee is non-refundable.

If a student withdraws from the Springfield Catholic Schools by July 15, a complete refund of student tuition will be made.

If a student withdraws from the Springfield Catholic Schools between July 16 and the 5th (fifth) student attendance day of the academic year, 1/11th of the total charged for annual tuition is non-refundable.

After the 5th (fifth) student attendance day of the academic yer, tuition refunds will be calculated using the per diem rate. This per diem rate is determined by dividing the individual student's annual tuition rate by the number of student attendance days.
