Plan \"A\" Payment in full due by July 15, 2012. A 3% discount on the total tuition will be allowed. Payments may be made to SMART by check, web, telephone, or automatic deduction.
Plan \"B\" Ten installments beginning in July and ending in April. All payment plans must be complete by April 2013 regardless of the start date. Late enrollment will decrease the number of payments available. All payments must be made to SMART Tuition by automatic deduction. You may chose a due date of the 5th, 15th, or 20th if paying by automatic deduction.
Plan \"C\" Four installments due in July, October, January and April. All payment plans must be complete by April 2013 regardless of the start date. Late enrollment will decrease the number of payments available. All invoices are due by the 15th of
the month and may be paid to SMART Tuition by check, web or telephone. Payments may also be made to SMART Tuition by automatic deduction. You may chose a due date of the 5th, 15th, or 20th if paying by automatic deduction.
If you chose Plan œB  or Plan œC  SMART Tuition will bill you a $38.00 enrollment fee. Please do not pay this fee directly to the school.
There is a 2.5% convenience fee for paying by credit card. SMART Tuition does not accept VISA.
If you fail to make your payment by the due date, SMART Tuition will charge you a follow up fee of $35.00 and may contact you by telephone or e-mail.

If unforeseen financial circumstances arise, e.g. loss of employment which prohibits the fulfillment of the agreed upon contract, special accommodations concerning payment may be possible if you request such consideration. Please send a written request for consideration and a suggested payment plan to Elementary Schools Finance Services at the Diocese. The request must be made prior to the due date of the next scheduled payment in order to be considered. All requests will be reviewed and are subject to approval. All requests regarding special accommodations will be held in strict confidence.
You will also be responsible for supporting the Home School Association and fulfilling the $600.00 per family yearly assessment which can be paid by participating in the HSA fundraising activities. Re-registration is conditional upon all prior tuition being paid in full or having an approved arrangement in writing. Failure to abide by the terms and conditions as contained in this Agreement may result in your child not receiving report cards, not being allowed to attend school activities, or not being allowed to continue to attend classes. Your account may be turned over to an outside collection agency in the event of nonpayment.
