Grades K-12: There is a $500.00 non-refundable fee; ($200 registration and $300 textbook fee).
Payment can be made for the full year in advance, or by the month with 10 equal payments due the 15th of each month, August through May. Your deposit is considered to be your payment for August.

If you would like to receive a 5% discount on the remaining tuition balance due, you can pay that remaining balance before August 15, 2012.

Also, there is a 25% sibling discount which is taken off of the lowest student\'s tuition rate.
Please keep in mind that if you do elect to pay monthly, you are not paying for a month of school, but for 1/10th of the annual tuition. The monthly billing program was established as a convenience.

Registration and Materials Fees: The registration fee for new students is $200.00. The registration fee, the $300.00 textbook fee and one month's tuition are due upon receipt of the student's application; these fees are non-refundable.

Returning students may enroll for the following year by prepayment of the textbook fee and 1 month's tuition by a date (to be established) before the end of the school year. The textbook fee, as well as 1 month's tuition, is non-refundable.

Late Enrollment: If a student is enrolled past the start of any quarter, tuition will be billed from the start of that quarter.

Additional Services
1. After School Care: After school day care runs from 3:00 until 6:00. Any elementary grade student left unattended after 3:15 will be directed to day care. The charge for day care is $20.00 per day. These fees apply to any portion of 3:15 to 6:00. We require all parents to respect the 3:00-6:00 pickup time.
Charges for pickup after 6:00 are as follows: $5.00 for every five minute increment. (i.e. 6:01-6:05 = $5.00; 6:06-6:10 = $10.00, etc.) There is no charge for early drop-off in the morning (7:00am-9:00am)
2. Holiday Care: The fee for holiday care is $50.00 per day. Students signing up for holiday day care after the established deadline will be charged $65.00 per day.
3. The tutoring rate for Sierra School students is $35.00 dollars per hour payable to Sierra School.

International Student ALL Grades
Please note: all funds must be in the form of U.S. dollars and in a cashier's check.
Payment must be made for the full year in advance by August 15, 2012 or when the student arrives to the United States. Students will be admitted to class when the balance is paid in full.
If students arrive after the start of a quarter, they are financially responsible for the full quarter.

Registration: The registration fee for new students is $500.00. The registration fee and one month's tuition are due upon receipt of the student's application.
These fees are non-refundable.

Student Applicants
- There is a non-refundable I-20 fee of $325.00.
- There is also a non-refundable I-20 administrative fee of $500.00
- Tuition is paid in full. (a non-refundable school calendar - Aug to June - yearly commitment) Students attaining an early graduation date will not receive a refund for the remaining tuition.

Returning Sierra Students
Returning students may enroll for the following year by prepayment of a textbook fee and one month's tuition by a date (to be established) before the end of the school year. The textbook fee, as well as one tenth of the tuition, is non-refundable.
All payments must be made by cashier's check.
