FINANCIAL AID
FACTS Grant & Aid will be conducting financial need assessment for families applying for financial aid for the 2012-2013 school year. Families must complete the FACTS application and mail it directly to FACTS (not Trinity). Packets will be available when the $200 registration fee is paid. You will be applying for the following programs: Catholic Families Tuition Assistance, Archdiocesan Grant-In-Aid, Parish Employee Endowment Funds and also Trinity School Funds. Only families completing the FACTS packet will be considered for financial aid. Trinity will not evaluate family needs for tuition assistance.

FAMILY PLAN
Recognizing the financial burden of providing a Catholic education for several children in the family, the Archdiocesan Board of Catholic Education has authorized a tuition reduction plan. The tuition for the second and third child is reduced and additional children pay $1000 plus the fees. This family plan is reflected in the tuition schedule and applies to students attending any of the Archdiocesan high schools.

ARCHDIOCESAN BOARD POLICIES
No student may begin a new school year unless all previous financial obligations have been paid. No student may begin the school year unless the initial tuition payment is received by July. No student may remain in school unless payments are paid to date. Transcripts for seniors will not be sent to employers, colleges or other institutions unless tuition is paid in full. Seniors may not attend prom or participate in graduation ceremonies unless tuition is paid in full.
