Preschool Tuition and Fee Schedule
Registration Fees
K2 (includes the book fee and most supplies): $100.00
K3 and K4 (includes the book fee and most supplies): $225.00

The registration fee, or any portion, is non-refundable once it has been paid even if the student withdraws before the beginning of the school year.

The registration fee is not prorated for students registering after school begins.

Tuition
K2 Tuition (weekly: 7:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.): $530.00/mo.
K2 Tuition including hot lunch: $588.50/mo.
K3 and K4 Tuition (weekly: full-day 8:00-3:00 - students can stay as late as 6:00 p.m.): $490.00/mo.
K3 and K4 including hot lunch: $548.50/mo.
K3 and K4 Tuition (weekly: half-day): $390.00/mo.
K3 and K4 Tuition for half-day including hot lunch: $448.50/mo.

Note: Monthly tuition is calculated on 40 weeks and lunch charges are calculated on 38 weeks. School lunched are not provided the week of Christmas(December 31 - January 4) and the week of spring break (March 11-15, 2003).

Lunch Charges: If paying weekly or monthly, the cost is $3.25(based on 180 school days). If ordering by the day, the cost is $3.75.

** Afternoon snacks are provided by the school.

K3/K4 half-day without lunch - 8:00-11:15 a.m.
K3/K4 half-day including lunch - 8:00-11:40 a.m.
K3/K4 full-day - 8:00-3:00 p.m. (can stay as late as 6:00 p.m.)

The preschool is open at 7:00 a.m. if early drop off is needed.

Multiple child discount
$10.00 per week if enrolled in full-day program
$5.00 per week if enrolled in half-day program

Tuition must be paid by the month beginning August through May even if the child is absent due to sickness, family vacation, inclement weather, etc. Tuition is not prorated due to school closings in observance of holidays. If a student withdraws before the end of the school year, the tuition must be paid through Friday of the last week of enrollment. Two weeks advanced notice must be given of any withdrawal in K2-K4. No records will be transferred if there is a balance due on the student's account.

A 5 percent discount is available on tuition only if paid in full by August 3 or at the time of enrollment after August 1. This does not apply to credit card payments.

Late Fees/Other Fees
Monthly (if not paid by the 10th of the month) $25.00

Note: A student will not be allowed to attend class if the balance on the account is more than 10 days in arrears.
Late pick-up after 6:00 p.m.(Preschool - 6th Grade) - For each 15 minutes: $7.50
Returned Check Fee (see Student Handbook) $10.00-$25.00
Yearbook (optional) $45.00

Credit Card Fee - add 3% charge on the total amount charged per transaction).

Elementary, Junior High and High School Tuition and Fee Schedule
Registration Fee
Grades K5 - 6 (includes book fee): $325.00
Grades 7-12 (includes book fee): $375.00

Note: The sibling discount for K2-K4 is $10.00 for full-day students and $5.00 for half-day students per week.

Other Fees
Lunch(K5) - If paying monthly, $3.50 multiplied by the number of days in the month; if paying by the day, $4.00

Lunch(Grades 1-12) - If paying monthly, $4.50 multiplied by the number of days in the month; if paying by the day, $5.00

Athletic Participation Fees
First sport (admission to the sports banquet is included): $100.00
Second sport: $70.00

Note: Sport fees can be reduced by $20.00 per sport if parents volunteer to help in concessions. This will be explained at the beginning of the year.
Computer Lab Fee (applicable for students in grades 7-12 scheduled in a computer class) each semester $50.00
Graduation Fee (12th grade only - due with April tuition) $75.00
Tutoring (if provided by an RCS teacher) $12.00 per half hour
Yearbook (optional) $45.00

This fee is billed in October and November ($22.50 per month) or is due in full for students registering after October.

After School Care for grades 5-6 (monthly): $50.00

Tuition is due on the first day of each month (August 2012 through May 2013). A late fee of $25.00 will be added to the account after the 10th day of the month. A student will not be allowed to attend class if the account is not paid in full by the 20th of the month.

Monthly tuition is not pro-rated if a student withdraws or is dismissed after the first day of the month. No records will be transferred if there is a balance due on the student's account.
