(3 academic classes are required for participation in extra-curricular activities)

PK-12 Registration Fees - Per Child:
1st Time Applicant: $125
Re-enrollment: $100
*Students who have left the academy and seek re-enrollment are considered first time applicants.

After Care Program
After care starts daily at 3:30 p.m. and is available until 5:30 p.m. except on days with early dismissal. Any children who have not been picked up from school by 3:30 p.m. will be sent to the After Care Program. The After Care contact number is 540-483-3786.

1st child: $6.00 per hour for the first hour, $3.00 per hour for each additional hour
2nd child: $5.00 per hour for the first hour, $3.00 per hour for each additional hour
3rd child +: no additional fee

Additional Fees:
Entrance Testing (optional): $50 per child
Textbooks (K-12): $175-$225 per child
Lab Fee (secondary lab sciences): $75 per course
Sports Fee: $75 per sport
