Please note:
 Family application and acceptance constitutes a commitment to pay the yearly tuition in full. If early withdrawal/dismissal takes place, parents agree to the following tuition obligation:
Withdrawal/dismissal or notice thereof PRIOR to:
August 1 ............................................................ 25% of FULL tuition
October 25 ......................................................... 50% of FULL tuition
January 1 ........................................................... 75% of FULL tuition
After Jan. 1 ........................................................ FULL tuition due
 Application Fee and Book Fee are NON-REFUNDABLE.
 K - 6th grade Book Fee includes book usage fee, school yearbook, student accident insurance, school supplies and computer fee.
 7th - 12th Book Fee includes book usage, yearbook, and student accident insurance.
 A 30 day notice is required for changes to extended care and/or transportation arrangements.
 The Activity Fee does not include athletic fees or any other extra-curricular activities.
 Tuition is payable in full or in twelve monthly payments from May through April using FACTS monthly electronic withdrawal.
 Late charge of $25 will be assessed by FACTS. Non-sufficient funds fee of $25 for checks returned to CCS.
 Building fee may be paid in full upon enrollment or prorated with tuition payments.
 Extended Care: An overtime charge of $10.00 is assessed after 5:30 PM and an additional $10.00 is assessed for each 15 minute increment thereafter (5:45, 6:00, etc.)
 Testing may be necessary prior to acceptance. An additional fee of $30 will be assessed at the time of testing.
 Fees are not subject to refund or prorated upon withdrawal.
