Ideas for fundraising and PIP include, but are not limited to: SCRIP, Football Mania, Hoops Mania, Bishops' Golf Classic Car Raffle, Fireworks Booth, Casino Night, Weekend Food Sales, and Turn-A-Round Trips. The Diocesan Policy mandates that all who visit a school site for anything other than an immediate office transaction must be fingerprinted and cleared by the State of California and the Department of Justice through the Diocesan Human Resources Office, regardless of your status or position elsewhere. The fingerprinting forms are available in the school office. In addition, all visitors must have two Diocesan Certificates of Completion of training for: (1) Safe Environment Policy for the Protection of Children and (2) California Child Abuse & Neglect Reporting Law for Mandated Reporters. Please do not plan to work anywhere on campus if you have not complied with these three requirements.
