FINANCIAL INFORMATION
It is the goal of PCAS to provide quality, affordable Christian education. The following outline will provide information on the financialfees.

REGISTRATION AND TUITION (per student)
Grades K - 8: *Registration Fee $410.00, Yearly Tuition $4350.00

Grades 9 - 12: *Registration Fee $456.00, Yearly Tuition $5860.00

*A Credit of $25.00 will be given in August if $75 of the registration fee is paid and all the registration forms are filled out and submitted by May 16, 2012. The discount will also be given if the forms are submitted and the registration fee is paid in full by June30th.

DISCOUNTS
Registration Discount:
If all registration procedures are completed and registration fee is paid in full by June 30th, a credit of $25.00 per student will be applied to the student's account.

Constituent Discount:Members or children of members of the Port Charlotte Seventh - day Adventist Church qualify for a discountof up to $550.00 per year per student.

SDA Discount: Port Charlotte Adventist School offers a special rate for Seventh - day Adventists who are not members of the PortCharlotte Adventist Church. We will give you a subsidy of $300.00 per year for each child's tuition.

Family Discount: Families with 2 children enrolled at PCAS qualify for a discount of up to $200.00 per year for the second child.Families with 3 or more children enrolled at PCAS qualify for a discount of up to $500.00 per student per year.

Registration Fee: Students enrolling at any time during the second semester may have a reduction of $50.00 in the registration fee.

Recruitment Discount: A family will receive up to $1,500.00 per school year toward the tuition costs of their children by successfully recruiting the children of other families to attend PCAS. The children of the new family must meet all of the criteria in the school handbook.

FINANCIAL PLANS

Plan A: A 5% discount on tuition charges will be given if full registration fee and full school year tuition charges are paid bythe first day of school.

Plan B: A 3% discount on tuition charges will be given if full registration fee and full 1st semester tuition charges are paid bythe first day of school.

A 3% discount on tuition charges will be given if full 2nd semester tuition charges are paid by the first day of 2nd semester in January.

Plan C: Full registration fee paid by June 30st. Yearly tuition charges divided evenly to be paid in 10 monthly installments - August through May.

Plan D: Full registration fee paid in June. Yearly tuition charges divided evenly to be paid in 11 monthly installments - July through May.

Plan E: Full registration fee divided evenly to be paid in 2 monthly installments, June & July. Yearly tuition charges divided evenly to be paid in 12 monthly installments - June through May.

Plan F: Full registration fee paid by July 31st. Tuition charges divided evenly to be paid in 4 installments, each due in advance of the upcoming grading period. No discount will be given.
