Sibling discount, 10% for 2nd student; 15% for 3rd and additional students. In-full payment by June 1 discount for returning students, 1%. And for students new to HNES< within a week of registration.

Non-refundable Registration Fee: $ 500.00 due with signed contract
Long Term Improvement Fee (LTI): $ 350.00 due by April 30th

This fee supports expansion of facilities and programs. A detailed list of recent HNES expansion projects available in the the business office.

Materials Fee
$ 100.00 Grades 1-8, due by June 1st
Tuition Payments Through SMART = 10 monthly installments - $45.00 annual SMART fee

Yearly tuition payments are divided into 10 monthly installments, June 2013 through March 2014, made payable to SMART Tuition Management, Inc. Each family wishing to pay in monthly payments is responsible for enrolling with SMART. There is an annual fee of $45 per family. Enrollment information for this program is available through the school business office.

Financial Aid
Applications are completely confidential and filed through the National Association of Independent Schools, School Student Services (SSS) at www.sss.nais.org. Their fee is $39. Returning student financial aid application's recommended deadline is February 8, 2013. Applications are accepted at any time; however, awards may not be available for later submissions.

BASE (Before/After School Enrichment)
Tuition covers the hours of instruction (Jr. Pre-K & Pre-K, 8:00 - 12:00; K & 1st grade, 8:00 - 2:30 ; 2nd grade 8:00 - 2:45 ; 3rd through 8th grade, 8:00 - 3:00 ). There is an additional 15 minutes of supervision allotted for pick-up time. Students at school before or after these hours will attend the Before and After School Enrichment (BASE) program which is billed on an hourly basis. BASE is available between 6:45 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. before school and after school until 5:30 p.m. The cost is $3.50 per hour, or $3.00 per hour for two or more children using BASE within a month.

Lunch
Lunches are $4.25, Chef or Caesar salads are $5.25, and milk or juice is $ .45. (Prices are subject to change, if needed, to adjust for any vendor increases for school year 2013-2014.) Lunch and BASE bills are charged monthly via email.

Additional Expenses
All students are required to wear designated uniforms, Monday through Thursday. Dress for œFree Fridays  must be in compliance with the dress codes. For uniform options, please see the HNES uniform policy which is available at our website: www.holynativityschool.com

Field Trips
Classes at Holy Nativity often participate in field trips planned to enhance the curriculum. These field trips can be an additional expense for the students. Parents and grandparents are always welcome to attend HNES field trips.

There are also annual field trips for specific levels:
*4th to support Florida history, St. Augustine (approx. $600 per person)
*5th to support American history, Boston ($1200 - $1400 per person)
*6th to support earth and space science, Space Camp, Huntsville, AL (approx. $350 per person)
*8th to support American history and government, six-day trip DC/NY ($1300 - $1500 per person)
