Tuition and Fees
2013-2014
Full Time Tuition: $7,200.00 (Includes a $600 non-refundable deposit)
Deposits: A non-refundable enrollment deposit is due by May 31 or upon acceptance if later than May 31. Deposits are $600 for full time students and $300 for part time.

Full Time Payment Options:
1. Discount Option - Pay $6,400.00 by September 1st and save $200.
2. Two Payment Plan Option - Pay $3,300 by September 1st and $3,300 by January 1st
3. Ten Payment Option - Pay $680 per month from September 1st up to and including June 1st for a total of 10 payments. This includes a $200 Processing fee.
4. Two Payments In Arrears With No Deposit. First half payment of $3,800 due on or before January 15th, remaining payment of $3,800 due on or before June 1st.

Part Time Tuition*: (Tuition includes a $300 non-refundable deposit)

*Part-time schedules are determined at the mutual convenience of the school and parents.

Part Time Payment Options:
1. Full pay by September 1st.
2. Two Payment Option - Pay 50% by September 1st and 50% by January 1st.
3. Ten Payment Option - Total Tuition plus $200 processing fee divided over 10 monthly payments from September 1st up to and including June 1st.

Additional Expenses:
Generally, the only additional expenses are for field trips or special activities. Other expenses, such as special services (tutoring, outside consultants, etc.) which the school does not supply, are not included in the tuition.

Financial Aid:
Financial Aid will be awarded based on information provided in completed applications, (available online or from the office). F/A deadline is June 15. Awards will be based on financial needs as assessed by the financial aid committee. The intent of the awards process is to maximize the number of students able to attend Boxberry as a result of receiving a financial aid award. To this end the maximum awards given will be in the range of $2,000 to $3,000 and shall not exceed 50% of tuition. There is no financial aid for part-time families. Additionally, The Maine Children's Scholarship Fund (www.mecsf.org) is a source of potential scholarship money for both full- and part-time students if you qualify.
