Tuition Schedule September 2012-2013

Registration & Book Fee
Pre-School:
Registration: $100.00
Book Fee: $85.00
Insurance Fee: $50.00
Supply Fee: $100.00
Nap Sheet: $10.00 (made available for your child)

The registration, insurance fees, book fees, and supply fees are due at the time of registration and are non-refundable. The supply fee only runs for the duration of the academic year, which is September through the end of June. If you are enrolling more than one child then the second child will receive 10% off their monthly tuition.

5 days Monday-Friday Whole-day: $600
(4 day fees are equal to 5 day fees)

New Life Preschool hours are Monday-Friday 7:00am-6:00pm

Summer Fees
Summer tuition fees are the same as the academic school year with the exception of a Supply Fee $25 for the summer session.

Policy Issues
Pre-K requirement is to attend 5 days a week due to academics, Part-time/Full-time. Class will start at 9:00am.
If your child is staying at the school past 3:30 pm then your tuition rate will be considered full-time.
2-3 year old programs will have option of 2, 3, or 5 days a week, Part-time/Full-time. However, when the class fills on any given day that will eliminate availability on those days.
Families presently enrolled will be given priority enrollment for the next year.
All requests will be subject to availability.

The Tuition Schedule is a plan over the entire school year, September through June. We do this so that each month's payment remains the same even when the number of instructional days changes.
Any time your vacation occurs when the school is in service, the monthly fee remains the same to hold the student's spot. The month of August will be reduced for the two weeks the school is closed.
We use the holidays established by the Los Angeles Unified School District. Please see our official School Calendar for a complete listing of the days we will be closed.
Families with more than one child enrolled will receive a 10% discount on the additional children. The student with the highest rate will be considered to be the first child.
Tuition payments are due between the first and the twentieth of each month. Payments after the twentieth of the month will be considered to be late and a late fee of $20.00 a day will be assessed.
There will be a $10.00 fee for each returned check.
Two weeks notice is required if enrollment is to be terminated.
Occasional extended day care may be arranged at $30 a day for twice a month, otherwise the full-time rate will be applied.
School is officially closed at 3pm on July 8 - 12. During this time all students are invited to attend Vacation Bible School from 3 - 6 pm. Siblings are also invited.

FEES FOR LATE PICK UP: A late fee of $5.00 for each 5 minutes or portion thereof will be assessed. Repeated late pick up is cause for termination of enrollment.
