Tuition Rates for the Pre-School 2012-13
$250.00 Non-refundable & paid at registration ($125.00 is registration fee & $125.00 is the first tuition payment)
$1,825.00 Three-year-old program (two half days on Tuesday and Thursday either AM or PM)
$2,725.00 Four-year-old program (three half days on Monday, Wednesday and Friday either AM or PM)
Please note: It is $1,825 or $2,725 minus the $125 pre-paid at registration
Tuition can be paid in 1 installment in July, 2 installments in July and December or 10 monthly payments beginning in July.

-Grade 8 only - $125.00 added to the tuition bill which includes the cost of: retreat, commencement certificate and exercises, gown, and commencement picture.

Please note: There is no additional charge for textbooks, workbooks, lab fees, class projects, or class trips (students only - not chaperones). These costs are included in the cost of tuition as indicated above. The fees not included are items such as: Extended Day, music lessons, yearbook, uniforms, copybooks and other stationery items.

Music:
Christ the Teacher School offers a very extensive music program. A great deal of information can be found on the school website. Go to: www.christtheteacher.org., click on Class Information, Specials, and Music.

BAND - The cost is an annual $100 which covers the music, t-shirt and spring competition. Band is available to students in grades 4-8.
CHOIR - The cost is an annual $100 which covers the music, t-shirt and spring competition. Choir is available for students in grades 3-8.
PIANO - Groups lessons are $390 for 30 lessons. Individual lessons are $630 for 30 lessons. Student are generally in a group lesson for 18-24 months before reaching the level of individual lessons. There may be a waiting list for both group and individual piano lessons.
GUITAR - Groups lessons are $390 for 30 lessons.There is a waiting list for guitar lessons.

Financial Assistance (Kindergarten to Grade 8):
Please wait until your child is accepted to the school prior to completing the FACTS form. FACTS will accept your form and fee but the diocese and the CTTCS finance committee will not consider your family for assistance until the admissions process is complete. Since the FACTS forms must be completed by March, obtaining assistance in the first year in the school is rare. We regret that we are not able to provide financial assistance for students in the preschool.
