About Conchita Espinosa Academy

Thank you for your interest in Conchita Espinosa Academy for the 2012-2013 school year. The information below will help guide you through the application and admissions process for each grade level.

Tuition Prices:
K-5th grade: $740 a month
Middle School: $790 a month

To apply for admission to the Academy all applicants must submit a completed application with the required supplements listed below, along with the processing/testing fee. Applicants must also meet the applicable age requirements. Letters of recommendation from parents of current or former C.E.A students, former teachers, pastors, etc. can be submitted along with the application and will be taken into consideration.

Students Entering K-3 and K-4

K-3 applicant must be 3 years old by September 1, 2012.
K-4 applicant must be 4 years old by September 1, 2012.
Admission application must be submitted no later than January 27, 2012 along with the $100 processing fee.
All prospective parents and students are required to attend an Open House scheduled for Saturday, January 28, 2012 (Both K-3 and K-4).
During the Open House, parents will attend an informational session and tour of the school while students participate in a readiness evaluation.
Admission decisions will be sent by mail the week of February 17, 2012.

Students Entering Pre-Primary (K-5) through 7th grade

Admission application must be submitted no later than February 3, 2012 along with the $100 testing fee.
A copy of the student's most recent report card and standardized testing results (SAT, ITBS, CTBS, FCAT etc.) must be submitted along with the application.
All prospective parents and students are required to attend an Open House scheduled for Saturday, February 4, 2012.
During the Open House, parents will attend an informational session and tour of the school while students take an entrance exam.
Admission decisions will be sent by mail the week of March 1, 2012.

All new students entering Pre-Primary through 8th Grade are required to attend our six-week Summer Scholars program. This is to give our new students the opportunity to become familiar with the school and our academic program. The Summer Scholars program begins on June 11, 2012 and runs through July 20, 2012.
