Payment

Other Expectations
In the interest of keeping tuition costs as low as possible, each Kazoo School family is asked to generate a minimum of $150 profit through the Retail Certificate Program. Additionally, families are asked to contribute to the School's Annual Fund as they are able.

Families are also expected to contribute their time toward helping with special events, field trips, school projects, recess monitoring and small fundraisers.

Reducing the Cost of Tuition
Kazoo School provides two ways to reduce the cost of tuition:
Need-based Scholarship

Kazoo School offers need-based scholarship to families unable to afford full tuition. Awards are based on annual income, family size, and the amount of money available in the Scholarship Fund. Families must apply each year for financial assistance.

Retail Certificate Program
Each Kazoo School family is asked to generate a minimum of $150 profit through the Retail Certificate program. After the $150 minimum requirement is met, families may apply one-half of any additional profit generated to their tuition account. Many families have achieved significant reductions in their tuition through this program.

Kazoo School does not discriminate against any person on the basis of gender, race, color, creed, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, political persuasion, national or ethnic origin, disability, or any other characteristic protected by law in its admission, hiring or financial aid policies.
