students are accepted for admission regardless of race, sex, religion, or country of national origin.
- a family non-refundable registration fee of $200 is due at time of registration.
- a non-refundable $260 (K-8), (see chart below for PK3/PK4), per student Instructional Fee is due by 3/29/13.
- if a child is withdrawn during any month, parents are responsible for that month's tuition.
- in-parish tuition rates are only available to families who meet all of the following requirements:
- registered members of San Juan del Rio Parish for six months prior to the beginning of school
- active, worshipping members of the community, contributing a minimum of $25 per week year round
- students who are baptized Catholic
- all registered families are required to participate in FACTS Tuition Management or pay tuition in full by 6/28/13.

VPK is free. If you would like Angel Hours (116 additional instructional hours) the cost is $1023 per year. If you choose not to do Angel Hours, there will be approximately 31 days through-out the year your child will not be able to attend school.
Families will be eligible for a multi child discount tuition rate based on the total number of children enrolled K-8, including Pre-K4 (Non-VPK) and Pre-K3. The free VPK program is not part of the multi-child discount.
We agree to:
-pay a minimum of $25 per week to the church as parish support (SJDR parishioners only).
-donate 20 hours of volunteer time per year (per family)(10 hours for PK). We understand we must pay $10 per missing hour by May 15, 2013.

The Pastor and/or Principal reserves the right to terminate this contract at any time, by waiver of the remaining tuition due, if such action is determined to be in the best interest of the child or the school.
