Admissions
Classes are available for Pre-Kindergarten 3-year olds through the 8th grade. All new students must have reached the required age on or before September 1st of the new school year. Families who are new to the school must complete an œApplication for Enrollment , provide all required paperwork, and be interviewed by the Principal. For students entering 1st grade or above, we also require records of academic progress from the previous school as a part of the application process. Grace Lutheran School also welcomes children who come from a home school background.

Applying for Enrollment
All families interested in enrolling their child at Grace Lutheran School must complete an œApplication for Enrollment . All applications for new students must be accompanied by the following documents. An application will not be considered until all paperwork is complete.

Application for Enrollment
A copy of the child's birth certificate.
A copy of the child's Social Security card.
A current Florida physical examination health form (FL HRS 3040).
A current Florida immunization records form (FL HRS 680).
Academic records from the previous two school years.
A completed œRequest for Records  form.
We will begin accepting applications from new students for the 2012-2013
school year on February 16th, 2012 in the evening from 6:30 - 7:30 p.m. at
our Open House event.

Registration
After submitting your complete application, you will be notified within 72
hours whether it has been accepted or not. At that time a nonrefundable
registration fee of $185 is required to complete your registration and
guarantee a place in the school for your child for the 2012-2013 school year.

Tuition Rates - 2012-2013 School Year
Grace Lutheran School charges an annual tuition per child, with three payment plans available. See the table below for the tuition rates and available payment plans. Incidental charges, such as daily extended day usage, lost textbook, yearbook, etc. are billed monthly separate from tuition.

Tuition and fees are paid through FACTS Tuition Management Services. You will enroll for your payment plan separately with FACTS after receiving an email from them. A late charge of $25 will be assessed for late payment. Tuition that is not kept current may lead to the dismissal of your child.

Tuition Discounts Available
10% employee (30 hours/week or more).
5% church member (must be a member in good standing).
10% second, third child.
No more than 2 discounts per child.
No more than 15% in discounts per child.
No discounts for scholarship recipients.

Financial Aid
Grace Lutheran School provides financial aid based on need. All families are encouraged to apply. Financial aid applications are processed confidentially by FACTS Grant & Aid Analysis service. You can apply online at www.gracelutheraneagles.org. Grace will grant financial aid based on the eligibility report from FACTS and the aid we have available.

Fees - 2012-2013 School Year
Curriculum Fee: The Curriculum Fee is assessed once per year, and pays for books and academic materials. Curriculum Fees are due in full by June 1st, 2012 and are nonrefundable after that date.

Extended Day Fees: Before/After School Child Care - 2012-13
Child care is available before school from 7:00 a.m. to 8:30 a.m., and after school from 1:45 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Extended day care is available every day school is in session, with the exception of the last day of school.
Bills for regular extended day childcare are generated on a monthly basis. Payments for monthly extended day are due along with your regular tuition payment based on your FACTS Tuition Management payment plan. Occasional daily usage of extended day is billed directly by the school.
