Tuition Schedule 2012-2013

The rates stated below are for tuition only. Tuition is paid in monthly payments through the F.A.C.T.S. program. All other fees (registration, book & supply, service hours, fundraising) will be paid directly to St. JosephSchool.

There is a yearly processing fee of $35.00 for each family using the F.A.C.T.S. program. This fee will be collected directly from your account in April or May by the F.A.C.T.S. Company. If you choose to pay the tuition in full, the payment is due in the school office by June 1st, 2012. If you decide to withdraw your child from St. Joseph School, please be aware that tuition is non-refundable.

To qualify for the discounted, in parish tuition rate, your family must be registered with St. Joseph Parish and use the parish envelope every Sunday. We will check the 2012 calendar year for envelope usage. Envelopes dropped in the parish center mailbox or double envelopes dropped on one Sunday do not count as attendance.

Fees
Registration Fee - There is a $50.00 registration fee for each student applying to, or re-entering St. Joseph School. This fee is non-refundable.

Book & Supply Fee - The book & supply fee for each student is $250.00 for the 2012-2013 school year. This fee is non-refundable and due before August 27th, 2012. A late charge of $10.00 per month will be added to all accounts not paid by the due date.

Service Hour Requirement - In addition to tuition each family must work 40 hours of service to the school. Your completed service hour sheet is due in the office before May 30th, 2013. If you do not work or complete your service hours, the $320.00 service hour fee is payable to the office before April 30th, 2013. Service Hour Requirement Policy

SCRIP Program - In addition to tuition each family must purchase $300.00 per month, August through May, of SCRIP (grocery store certificates), for a total of $3000.00 per year. If you do not purchase SCRIP, you must pay the penalty of $30.00 per month, for a total of $300.00 per year.
