2. Preschool - $50.00 non-refundable registration fee. 10 monthly payments -August to May.

-Registration Form
-$50.00 non-refundable registration fee per child (payable to Queen of Peace School.)
-$65.00 supply fee per child due the first day of school.
-$20.00 technology fee per child due the first day of school.
2. In addition to the items listed above, all new students to grades K-8 will need to provide the following documentation:
Birth Certificate
Immunization Record
Release of records form if applicable
Baptismal record (unless baptized at Queen of Peace Church.)

(Kindergarten screening will be by appointment in April. The school office will contact parents to schedule a screening.)
