Payment Policies
Accepted students become enrolled when the signed Enrollment Agreement is returned along with the annual, non-refundable registration fees. The agreement to enroll the student represents a commitment to pay the entire annual tuition for the upcoming school year, regardless of personal or major life changes. Tuition can be paid in one payment (with a 3% discount from the monthly fees) due July 1, 2012. Tuition may also be paid by the semester in two equal installments (with a 1.5% discount from monthly fees) due July 1, 2012 and November 1, 2012.

Tuition for the 10-month or 11-month programs can be paid in ten equal monthly installments beginning in July 2012 and ending in April 2013 through FACTS Management Company. Tuition through FACTS for the 12-month program is made in 12 equal monthly payments or 52 equal weekly installments beginning in August 2012and ending in July 2013. Accounts can also be set up with FACTS to accept credit card payments. Additional information can be obtained from the office.
Additional Fees

Emergency, drop-in care for 10 and 11-month children is available on a space available basis and is billed at the end of each month at the rate of
$12.00 per hour.

Late fees for pick up of your child after 6:15 p.m. are due the next day before your child returns to school. Fees are assessed as follows:
$5.00 for the first five minutes late
$2.00 for every additional minute

There is a $30.00 charge for returned checks.


Vacations, Absences, or Illnesses
Tuition credit cannot be given for absences resulting from illness, vacation, or changes in personal plans. Families who have selected the 12-month option may, however, receive a one-week tuition credit if the school is given a written, one-month advance notice of the child's absence.


Financial Aid
Because Jefferson wants to make its program available to all qualified applicants, the school participates in a needs-based, financial aid assessment program through FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment. This assessment is a starting point for Jefferson to help us make fair and objective financial aid decisions. To be eligible for consideration for financial assistance, families must complete the on-line application at www.factstuitionaid.com. Please let the Director of Admissions know you have begun the application process and allow 2-4 weeks for processing by FACTS.
