Registration Fee:
$100 Returning Student
$125 New Students With Application

Tuition:
$4250.00 per year for all grades ($425.00 per month for 10 months)

Payment options
A. $4,250.00 - Annual payment due and payable August 1st.
B. $425.00 - Monthly payments for 10 months; If you choose this option the first payment will be due on August 1 with last payment due on May 1.

Before/After School Care:
Before School Care (7am-8am): $55.00 per month
After School Care (3:30pm -6:00pm): $75.00 per month
$130.00 Combination Care per month

*Before and after school care payments are due on the 1st day of each month, beginning August 1st, and ending May 1st.

Application and Acceptance Process
To ensure an efficient application and acceptance process, please return the following items to the Office. Only complete application packets will be accepted. If you are enrolling more than one child, please complete a separate application for each child. Should you have any questions, please call the office for clarification.
Elementary Applicants (Grades K-6)
1. A completed Application for Admission
2. Parental Covenant Agreement
3. Records Request Form
4. Emergency Information Form
5. Acceptable Internet and Computer Use Policy
6. A copy of the applicant's birth certificate
7. A copy of the applicant's social security card
8. A copy of the applicant's most recent report card
9. A copy of the applicant's most recent standardized test scores (i.e. FCAT or SAT)
10. (2) Teacher Evaluation forms (yellow)
11. (1) Administrator or Guidance Counselor Evaluation form (ivory)
12. Immunization Records & recent physical
13. Non-refundable application fee (per student) - $125 for new students; $100 for returning students
Secondary Applicants (Grades 7-12)
1. A completed Application for Admission

6. A copy of the applicant's birth certificate
7. A copy of the applicant's social security card
8. A copy of the applicant's most recent report card

10. A copy of the student's high school transcript showing all courses completed
11. (1) English Teacher Evaluation form (blue)
12. (1) Math Teacher Evaluation form (green)
13. (1) Administrator or Guidance Counselor Evaluation form (ivory)

15. Non-refundable application fee (per student) - $125 for new students; $100 for returning students
After a review of the completed application materials, Elementary and Secondary applicants may be scheduled for an assessment test. This test will help gain insight into the student's academic strengths and weaknesses. Once the test has been completed, a campus appointment will take place to establish the compatibility of the academic, social, and spiritual goals of the family and school. Acceptance or non-acceptance will be communicated to you as soon as possible.

1. REGISTRATION FEES: Registration fees are due at the time of registration. Application forms will not be processed until the Registration Fee is paid. Registration fees are not refundable and are not subject to discounts.

2. TUITION PAYMENTS: Tuition is paid in 10 monthly installments beginning on August 1 and ending on May 1. Payment is due on the first day of each month. Payments not received by the 10th of the month will incur a late fee unless arrangements for late payment have been made. If payment is not received by the
end of the month, the child must be removed from school until the account is current. Accounts will not be allowed to become more than 30 days past due.

3. LATE FEES: Accounts that are past due will be assessed a late fee of $15.00. Late fees are assessed monthly on the unpaid balance.

4. AFTERCARE PROGRAM: Aftercare payments are due August through May. Partial payment is due for August and June (if applicable). Aftercare payments are not subject to discount.

5. SPORTS FEES: Sports fees are charged for participation in athletics to help defray the cost of the program. Sports fees are to be paid before the beginning date of the activity. Students will not be allowed to participate in activities until the fee is paid.

6. WITHDRAWAL: This contract remains in effect up to and through the month the student withdraws or until the school term ends. If the student withdraws during the school year, full tuition is charged through the month of withdrawal.

7. BOOK FEE: Book fees are due no later than the first day of school Book charges are based on the grade level of the student, or, if in high school, the courses for which the student is enrolled. In the event of withdrawal from school, WHCS is under no obligation to buy back books.

8. UNPAID BALANCES: If a student withdraws or the term ends and an unpaid balance remains, all records and reports (including report cards) will be held at WHCS until all bills are paid.

9. FUND RAISERS: WHCS will conduct several fundraising drives during the school year. It is through these drives that we are able to supplement funds received from tuition, thereby keeping our tuitions rates as low as possible. AS INDICATED ON THE PARENTAL COVENANT AGREEMENT ALL FAMILIES PARTICIPATE IN OUR FUND RAISING EFFORTS.
