KINDERGARTEN THROUGH 12TH GRADE:
Tuition is based on a school year, and there are three payment programs to choose from:
-10 equal payments - beginning August 1 and ending May 1. (New families beginning after August may be required to make two payments upon acceptance.)
-One payment with a 4% discount made by August 9. This discount applies to individual students as well as families. It is not offered second semester.
-12 equal payments - beginning July 1 and ending June 1.

Tuitions for new students is due at the time of enrollment.

Additional expenses include: Application Fee, $75; Registration Fee, $185; Technology Fee, $155.

Preschool: Tuition for full days includes lunch and two nutritional snacks per day. Tuition for the half days includes a nutritional morning snack. Half-day students may purchase a 10-day lunch ticket for only $35.00. There is NO CREDIT issued for School Calendar closure dates or for student absences.

FINANCIAL AID
New Families: Once you have completed and paid for your Online Application, per your request for aid on your application, you will receive an email from the campus registrar giving you detailed instructions on how to file for any financial aid.

Returning Families\' Deadline: Complete applications due by March 9 to Private School Aid Service (PSAS). Incomplete applications cannot be considered. Families will be notified of the commitee\'s decision in writing by May 1.

New Families' Deadline: Complete applications due by June 1 to PSAS. Incomplete applications cannot be considered. Families will be notified of the committee's decision in writing by August 1.

Funds Available Deadline*: Complete applications due by August 22 to PSAS. Incomplete applications cannot be considered. Families will be notified by October 1 and all payments due before October 1 must be paid in full and on time.

*Please note that there are rarely funds available at this late date.

PROGRAM INFORMATION
The following types of financial aid are offered by Fremont Christian School:
- Financial Aid -Donations (Policy 314.1)
- Widow/Widower Financial Aid (Policy 314.2-applicable to Harbor Light Church members or employees only)
- Ministers' Financial Aid (Policy 314.4)
- General Student Financial Aid (Policy 314. 3)
- Space Available Financial Aid (Policy 314.5)

GENERAL APPLICATION PROCEDURES
- For Widow/Widower, General and Space Available Financial Aid, fill out and return the PSAS Student Aid Form along with re-registration material, no later than the appropriate deadline. There is a small fee involved with filing this form. FCS will be notified of your completed application by PSAS.

- For Ministers' and Donation's Financial Aid, submit the FCS paperwork along with re-registration material, by the appropriate deadline. All materials are available from the Business Office.

- Except for designated donations, applicants may not receive more than one type of Fremont Christian School financial aid.

- Financial aid decisions will be made in writing by the deadline.

Denials of financial aid may be appealed to the FCS Board in writing through the FCS Superintendent, Dr. Tricia Meyer.

OTHER DISCOUNTS
- Paid in Full: Fremont Christian School does offer a 4% tuition discount for families who pay the full year's tuition by August

- Multiple Children: Families with multiple children in FCS pay a reduced tuition amount. Please see the detailed Tuition and Fee Schedule.

- Virtual Family Discount: VFD offers all families the opportunity to pay multiple child tuition rates for combining at least one returning family and one new family. Click on these links for detailed information on this program and an application for this discount.
