Registration Fee Payment Options

Registration Deposit (per student) ...................................$250.00 ..............................March 30, 2012

Tuition Payment Plans
· Families have 3 tuition plans from which to choose.

· Each of the following Tuition plans may be paid in the following manner:

· Paid in full on or before August 10, 2012; or

· Paid in (2) two installments due August 10, 2012 and January 10, 2013; or

· Paid in 11 monthly installments (July 2012--May 2013)

· Families with more than one student enrolled at St. Matthias High School will receive a $1000 œSibling

Discount  credit per family. The total tuition obligation will be divided by each student.


Plan A- $7020 (serve and/or fundraise additional $1300)
1. Family must participate in Mandatory Fundraisers-Fall Fundraiser ($200) Spring Fundraiser ($300). A total of $500 in fundraising fees will be billed to the student account.

2. 20 Parent Service Hours per semester/per family ($20 fee for each hour not served due by December 30th & April 30th-$800 value) 10 additional hours are required for families receiving financial assistance.

3. Eligible to apply for Financial Assistance.

4. Failure to maintain financial obligations in a timely manner may result in loss of tuition assistance offered.


Plan B- $7420 (serve and/or fundraise additional $900)

1. Family must participate in Mandatory Fundraisers-Fall Fundraiser ($200) Spring Fundraiser ($300). A total of $500 in fundraising fees will be billed to the student account.

2. 10 Parent Service Hours per semester/per family ($20 fee for each hour not served due by December 30th & April 30th-$400 value) 10 additional hours are required for families receiving financial assistance.

Plan C- $8400 (NO fundraising fees/NO Service hours required)

1. Families choosing this plan are NOT eligible to apply for financial assistance.

2. This plan reflects the actual cost of tuition

Tuition Payment Requirements
All families must enroll in FACTS for payment processing. Families who fail to enroll with FACTS will be assessed an additional $25 per month payment processing fee. Students already enrolled in FACTS will be automatically be re-enrolled upon receipt of the registration deposit. FACTS will assess a processing fee at this time through direct debit.

Additional Participation Fees

*Team sports may require durable goods and materials that the student keeps. These goods are additional.

**Athletic Participation fees cover insurance, transportation, facility rentals, officials fees, coaching stipends, and other program operation expenses.

*Cheerleading participation fee .... $75 ................................................................... due by July 1st

*Cheerleading participation fee does not include camp or uniform expenses. These are charged separately and can range between $800-$1000 per cheerleader.

Junior Retreat .................................. $75 per participant ........................................ due December 2012

**Optional Overnight Retreats .... approx. $100-$160......................................... due 30 days prior to retreat

**Students may choose to attend optional class retreats. These fees are based on the number of interested participants and retreat location. The fee for these retreats is published at least 60

days prior to the retreat dates.

Senior Activity Fees

FINANCIAL POLICIES
REFUNDS: Registration and application fees are non-refundable. If a student pays a fee to participate in or attend an extra-curricular event and then is unable to attend due to personal, health, academic, or disciplinary reasons, no refund of the fee will be made.

MAKING PAYMENTS: All payments will be directly debited from the account on file with FACTS tuition management. Except for registration and application fees, no payments will be received in the school office.

DELINQUENT ACCOUNTS: Tuition and fees are due monthly on a predetermined date determined by your FACTS agreement. A late fee will be assessed by the school for all outstanding balances. If three collective attempts to collect payment fail, the student will be placed on tuition suspension and may not attend school or school activities until past due balances have been received and paid by cash, cashiers check, or money order ONLY. Students with a 60 day past due balance will be automatically withdrawn and the account will be turned over to a collection agency. Students will not be permitted to take final exams unless all balances on accounts are current. Students with outstanding balances may not participate in activities including but not limited to athletic team participation, dances, Grad Nite, Baccalaureate, Prom, Graduation, etc ¦ Any monies paid for these activities will be applied toward the students outstanding balance. Diplomas, official transcripts, report cards, and class schedules may be withheld or marked incomplete until accounts are cleared. A student will not be permitted to re-register in the fall semester if there is an outstanding balance of any amount from previous school years.

RETURNED ITEMS/NSF: Payments returned for non-sufficient funds will be billed $30 by FACTS for each return. After one returned items, the school will only accept payment in Cash, Money Order, or Cashiers Check.
