2012/13 Tuition Fee Schedule
When a family enrolls a child at WCS, they are asking for that child to occupy one of a limited number of openings for the school year. The tuition payment for that opening has no relationship to the number of school days in a given month. The same payment is due regardless of the number of school days in a given month or the number of days a student may attend. The following two payment options are listed below:
Monthly- Tuition may be paid in 10 equal installments beginning on August 1st and ending on May 1st. May is the final payment month for all installment plans. Payments are due on or before the first of the month and are considered late after the tenth. A $25 fee is assessed for late payments. Payments not received by the 10th will result in a temporary suspension of the student until payment is received.
Semi-Monthly- Tuition may be paid on a semi-monthly basis with the first payment being due on the 1st and the second payment due on the 15th. Payment on this plan would be considered late by the 3rd and the 17th. A $25 fee is assessed for late payments. Payments not received by the 5th and 19th will result in a temporary suspension of the student until payment is received.

After School Pick-Up 3:15 p.m. - 3:30 p.m.
Extended Care 3:30 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.
4K VPK HALF DAY 8:15 a.m. - 11:15 a.m.
4K VPK FULL DAY 8:15 a.m. - 3:15 p.m.

4K VPK HALF DAY 8:15a.m.-11:15a.m.: No Cost for Program
4K VPK FULL DAY 8:15a.m.-3:15p.m.: $2600
5K - 8th Grade 8:15a.m.-3:15p.m.: $4430
