TUITION PAYMENT PLAN SELECTION SHEET: Unless tuition is paid in one payment at the beginning of the school year,
a payment plan must be set up through Facts.

1st Child - $5,398.00
2nd Child - $4,898.00
3rd Child - Fees Only

Out-of-Diocese Tuition (Does NOT Include Fees- See Fee Schedule Below)
1st Child - $5,938.00
2nd Child - $5,438.00
3rd Child - Fees Only

General Fees
Grades 9-11: $310.00
Grade 12: $460.00

Registration Fee: A registration fee of $200.00 is required for each student, which will be deducted from your tuition. This fee is payable at the time classes are scheduled for the 2012-2013 school year.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
Plan I
Full payment of tuition and fees directly to the school by 9/10/12. A discount of $100 will apply if paid by due date.

Plan II
Two equal payments of tuition and fees. The first payment is made directly to the school by 09/10/12. The second payment MUST BE PAID THROUGH FACTS. This payment is due on 01/20/13. A $10 processing fee will be charged through FACTS. A discount of $50.00 will apply if paid by the due date and the second payment is processed through FACTS.

Plan III
Four equal payments of tuition and fees, which MUST BE PAID THROUGH FACTS. Payments are due 09/05/12; 11/05/12; 02/05/13 and 04/05/13. There is no discount for this tuition plan. A $41.00 processing fee will be charged by FACTS.

Plan IV
Ten equal payments of tuition and fees beginning August 2012 which MUST BE PAID THROUGH FACTS. A $41.00 processing fee will be charged through FACTS.

Online FACTS enrollment form: FACTS payments can be processed by using checking account, savings account or credit card.
