Payment Procedure:
All program fees are based on a yearly tuition from September through mid June. Tuition can only be made in annual, semi-annual, or monthly installments. For your convenience, we permit payments to be made in ten equal installments. The payments are not based on the number of days each month, the annual tuition is divided into ten equal installments. Tuition is due on the 20th of the month prior to attendance. Installment payments made after the 25th of each month are subject to a 10% late fee.
Hours of Operation:
ICMA is open from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. for students with extended care. The academic day hours are from 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Tuition is based on a ten month payment plan. Parents assume liability for payment of the full academic year's tuition, fees and expenses for each student enrolled. This term is non-negotiable and shall remain in force irrespective of your student's attendance at the school.
