ADMISSIONS
The Annunciation School is open to children of all races, creeds and national origins.

Application/Registration Process

The following are required of all students applying for admission to Annunciation School:

Registration Form: Forms are available in the school office

Birth Certificate must be presented at the time of registration

Baptismal certificate if the child is Catholic and was not baptized at Annunciation School

Medical Records: Before a child may attend any school in the State of Ohio, he/she must meet the mandatory vaccination requirements. Record of these vaccines must be submitted to Annunciation School before the child will be admitted to class.

Placement Testing: Any student entering Annunciation School will be required to take an entrance/placement test.

Current report card & previous school records must be submitted with the child\'s registration form.

Kindergarten Admissions: Students applying for Kindergarten must turn five years of age before September 30th. Exceptions can be made for students who meet the requirements of the readiness test.

Tuition & Fees
Tuition is $4,500.00 per year, paid in ten monthly installments of $450.00. Payments are due the first day of each month, August through May.

There is a $50.00 registration fee and a $50.00 testing fee, due at the time of registration. There is also a $50.00 registration renewal fee each year.

Financial Assistance
Annunciation School accepts EdChoice Scholarships. You may visit the EdChoice website at www.edchoice.ohio.gov for additional information.

PRE-SCHOOL PROGRAM
Admission
Annunciation parishioners and currently enrolled school families are permitted early preschool enrollment, after which enrollment is open to the public on a first come, first served basis.

Child Enrollment and Health Records Form (available in the school office).

A $50.00 non-refundable registration fee.

Tuition and Fees for 2012 - 2013
Full day/full time = 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM: $5,925.00 per year/$592.50 per month

Half day/full time = 7:30 AM - 11:30 AM: $$3,450.00 per year/$345.00 per month

Half day/part time = 7:30 AM - 11:30 AM (three half days per week): $2,725.00 per year/$272.50 per month

Tuition payments are made in ten monthly installments on the first day of the month beginning August 1st and ending on May 1st.
