PLEASE NOTE:
1. Children must be at school by 9:00am. If you will be late please call the office.
2. Full time students (5 full days) will be given priority over part time students.
3. Students with current tuition accounts will be given priority over students with delinquent accounts.
4. Payments are due at the beginning of each month.
5. There is a 10 hour daily maximum.

ANNUAL TUITION: Tuition may be paid in 10, 11, or 12 monthly payments. A $20.00 monthly fee is assessed to late accounts. All tuition payments are made to a tuition management service, unless paid in full or other arrangements made by July 15, 2011.

* Active Member of Pilgrim Lutheran Church requires active church attendance and attendance at Communion at least once monthly.
REQUIRED SERVICE HOURS: Each family will be expected to provide 20 hours of approved service, or pay an additional amount of $300.00 in addition to the Registration Fee. The Required Service Hours Fee will be assessed in April, and is due at that time. Service Hours can be recorded in the office up to and including the last day of the school year.
EXTENDED CLASS EXCURSIONS: As a part of the curriculum, students in grades 6 - 8 each take a four or five day trip away from our campus. At the present time the exact costs of these excursions are yet to be finalized*. The following charge will be assessed monthly based on past experience and added to the monthly tuition payment:
Grade 6 (Sixth Grade Camp at Indian Hills Camp) $ 230.00**
Grade 7 (Astrocamp in the San Bernardino Mountains) $ 420.00**
Grade 8 (Washington, D.C.) $ 900.00**
** The charges for these trips may increase due to increased expenses. Definite Trip costs will be set by September15, 2011.
Fundraisers are conducted during the year to reduce the costs of these trips. A credit will be recorded prior to the May payment based on the amount raised.
SCHOOL AGE CARE: The charge for before and after school care services - Kindergarten - 8th Grade is $3.60 per hour.
FOREIGN STUDENT DOCUMENTATION FEE: When the administration and office staff of Pilgrim Lutheran School is required to process forms so that an immigrant student can attend Pilgrim Lutheran School (I-20, etc.) an annual fee of $50.00 will be assessed per student.

SCHOOL HOURS & AGE REQUIREMENTS: The school day for all students - Kindergarten through 8th Grade will begin at 8:30 a.m. and conclude at 3:00 p.m. It is preferred that all children entering Kindergarten will be 5 years old by October 30th. All children entering first grade are normally 6 years old by October 30th. These age guidelines are flexible, and are considered on a case-by-case basis.
