Holy Family Preschool Tuition Annual
3 year old program: $ 925.00
4 year old program: $ 1,125.00

There is a $35.00 Milk Fee for each 3 year old and a $48.00 Milk Fee for each 4 year old per year.

Holy Family Enrollment Fee
The Holy Family Enrollment Fee for currently enrolled families is $60.00 if registered by Friday, February 10, 2012 and $75.00 if enrolled after that date. All newly enrolled families will be charged the $60.00 enrollment fee, regardless of their enrollment date.
The enrollment fee MUST accompany the enrollment form. The fee is non-refundable after June 30, 2012, unless the family is moving out of the metro area. This enrollment fee will not be applied to tuition.

Holy Family Exploratory Fee
Each student in 6th through 8th grade will be assessed a $125.00 Exploratory Fee to cover the costs associated with the exploratory nature of the middle school program.

Holy Family Sport Fee
The Sport Fee is $125.00 per year per student in seventh and eighth grades. The Sport Fee will be refunded at the end of the year to students who did not participate in any sport.

Holy Family Band Fee
The Band Fee is $150.00 per student per year for students in grades 5 through 8 that wish to participate in band.

Holy Family PE Uniform Fee
The PE Uniform Fee is $6.00 per student per shirt and $11.00 per student for regular length shorts and $12.00 per student for longer shorts. The total for each student will be either $17.00 or $18.00. This uniform is mandatory for every 5th through 8th grade student. Uniforms may be used for all four years. Replacement uniforms will be at the same prices.

Holy Family Show Choir
The Show Choir Fee is $100.00 for each year of participation. Seventh and eighth grade students are eligible to participate.

Holy Family Sport Uniform Fee
The Sport Uniform is $25.00 for 7th and 8th grade students. You need to only purchase one for both years and it is yours to keep.

Delinquent Tuition
The nonpayment of tuition is a great concern to the Holy Family School System. We rely on the commitment of families to make Catholic education a financial priority by making tuition payments in a timely manner. Holy Family relies on tuition for a substantial portion of the budget to operate an excellent spiritual and educational program. Therefore, when tuition payment becomes delinquent it is a serious matter.
The following steps have been approved for implementation for dealing with delinquent tuition and fee accounts:
- When an account becomes past due, the family will receive written notification that their account is past due. It is the responsibility of the family to contact the business office or chief administrator within 15 days of receipt of the past due notice to correct the situation or make arrangements for electronic funds transfer (EFT) payments.
- When a concern arises on an electronic fund transfer account, the family will receive written notification identifying the area of concern (closed account, insufficient funds, etc.). It is the responsibility of the family to contact the business office or chief administrator within 15 days of the receipt of the written notification to correct the situation.
- A family with delinquent tuition will not be permitted to return for the following academic year until the balance is paid in full or an acceptable payment plan is established by May 15 of the current year.
- The chief administrator shall implement all alternative arrangements for payment of delinquent tuition in accordance with the provisions of this policy. The Holy Family Board of Education may pursue legal action against or require promissory notes from parents/guardians for failure to meet the provisions of this policy.
