2011-12 Annual Tuition Rates, Discounts, & Fees
Preschool K3-K4 - 1/2 day: $4,000.00
Elementary K3-5 - Full day: $6,000.00
Middle School 6-8: $6,500.00
High School 9-12: $7,000.00

Deposit: $300/child - Non-refundable
Payment plans offered: 1, 2, 9, 10, or 12 payment(s)
Multi-child discounts: 2nd child - 5%; each additional child - 15%
Single payment discount: 2% of applicable annual tuition (by August 1st)
HCA offers three payment options; EFT (electronic funds trans fer), cash/check, o r credit card.
(A 4% handling fee is added to all credit card payments.)
ALL new families are required to either select the EFT option or payment in full.
Financial Aid is available to qualified families. HCA also participates in the Florida

Tax Credit Scholarship and the
McKay Scholarship programs. Visit our web site for further details.
Lunch Program
1. Monthly charges will be sent to your billing account
2. 6-12 grade students are provided a picture ID

Before and After School Care
1. $ 4.00 per h our charged to the nearest ½ hour
2. Arrival prior to 7:30 a.m. & departure after 3:00 p.m. (12:00 p .m. departure for PT preschoolers)

Miscellaneous Fees
1. Graduation /Commencement fee - K5 & 1 2th grade - $ 45.00 p er child
2. Lock fee - 6th - 12th grade - $ 7.00 New students and replacement lock
3. Tutoring - $ 30.00 per hour ($ 15.00 per ½ hour)
4. Athletic Fees
a. Football - $ 200.00 per season
b. All other sports - $ 75.00 per season per sport (2 seasons for cheerleading)
5. Yearbook - Cost is set annually, and ordering information will be provided to families .
6. NSF check - $ 35.00 per item
7. Tuition late fee - $ 20.00
8. Withdrawal fee - 20 additional days of tuition
