New Student Registration Form for 2012-2013 School Year
Each new applicant must be interviewed by the principal. At the time of the interview bring: completed application, birth certificate, immunization record and, if baptized, baptism certificate. A NYC Board of Health Examination form must be completed by a doctor before school opens in September. For students entering grades 2 through 8, a copy of the latest report card is required.
If your child is accepted, a seat will be reserved upon payment of the following non-refundable fees:
Registration Fee $100.00
Non-Nystl Textbooks/Materials 100.00
New Family Records Fee 100.00
Total required to reserve a seat $300.00

TUITION RATES 2012-2013
$3,800.00 for one child if paid in full on or before August 15, 2012.
$3,900.00 for one child in two payments of $1,950.00 due on August 15, 2012 and December 1, 2012.
$3,950.00 for one child in ten monthly payments of $395.00 payable to Ridgewood Savings Bank, from August 15, 2012 through May 15, 2013.
$4,800.00 for two children if paid in full on or before August 15, 2012.
$4,900.00 for two children in two payments of $2,450.00 due on August 15, 2012 and December 1, 2012.
$4,950.00 for two children in ten monthly payments of $495.00 payable to Ridgewood Savings Bank, from August 15, 2012 through May 15, 2013.
$5,800 for three children if paid in full on or before August 15, 2012.
$5,900.00 for three children in two payments of $2,950.00 due August 15, 2012 and December 1, 2012.
$5,950.00 for three children in ten monthly payments of $595.00 payable to Ridgewood Savings Bank, from August 15, 2012 through May 15, 2013.
