1. TUITION Schedule: Grades Pre-K - 8
The school's expectation at the time of registration is that all tuition and fees will be paid on time. Failure to do so serves to rupture the contract that we make with parents and this could result in the suspension of a child for delinquent tuition or fees.

TUITION IS DUE by the 1st or 15th of every month. Tuition is an annual fee paid in 10 monthly installments.

Pre-K: Annual Fee $ 4.080, Per Month (10 Months) $408.00
K-8 One Child: Annual Fee $ 3,820.00, Per Month (10 Months) $382.00
K-8 Two Children: Annual Fee $ 5,670.00, Per Month (10 Months) $567.00
K-8 Three children or more: Annual Fee $ 6,550.00, Per Month (10 Months) $655.00

- Pre-K is a separate program. No family rates apply.
- The first tuition payment is due on July 1st or July 15th based on your payment plan option. Final payment will be done on April 1st or April 15th. Tuition is due on or before the 1st or 15th of each month.
- Tuition is paid directly to Tuition Management Systems in the form of credit cards (Master Card, Discover, of AMEX accepted), money orders or checks through the mail automatic withdrawal (DDO) from a checking or statement savings at an additional charge, and by electronic check over the phone or online for a $5 convenience fee
- Special Fees during the school year will be collected in the respective homeroom.
- After-school fees are to be paid at the office.

2. FEES
All fees should be paid on time. If there are outstanding fees at the time of report card distribution, the report card will be withheld until fees are paid. Problems or difficulties involving finances must be taken up with the Pastor. Please contact him at the rectory.
Parents are expected to provide nutritious lunch for their children if they do not participate in the school's program. Lunch money is to be paid on time. Envelopes will be distributed to the lunchroom teachers.
Your participation in ongoing religious, educational, and voluntary programs of our school is vital to our school and to our children. We thank you for your cooperation and support you give to St. Philip Neri School.

3. FUND RAISING ACTIVITIES
Each family must participate in a mandated Fundraising, and the fundraising per family is $300.00 for this school year.
Other fundraising activities may occur during the school year, and the school will allocate the funds raised for specific purposes.
