Prepaid Tuition Monthly Payments
*One payment for the annual tuition and fees, due by May 1.
*12 monthly payments, beginning June 1 through May 1. Monthly payments are to be made to FACTS
tuition and are due on the 10th of the month. (Other payment plans are available)

Tuition Assistance
The tuition assistance programs are calculated on tuition-only. Families are responsible for the full application, enrollment and book and materials fees.

Tuition Aid
* Tuition aid is based on the family\'s demonstrated need as determined by FACTS. (New processor see attached note)
* All tuition aid awards must be approved by the Board of BGCA.
* Each award is made for one year only, based on the availability of tuition aid funds.
* Current family applications for tuition aid must be received by FACTS on or before March 15.
* Funds not awarded to current families by May 1 may be available to incoming families.

Multi-Student Tuition Discount
* The multi-student tuition discount applies to the tuition of those students, TK to 12th.
* Families who have two students enrolled = 5% discount off of the total tuition obligation
* Families who have three students enrolled = 10% discount off of the total tuition obligation
* Families who have four or more students enrolled = 15% discount off of the total tuition obligation
* A Multi-Student Discount Form must be completed in order to be eligible for this program.

Pastoral/Ministry Discount
* The 50% pastoral/ministry discount is offered to families of pastors/ministers whose full-time employment is in a
teaching capacity at a church/ministry organization that has a 501c3 status.
* A Pastoral/Ministry Discount Form must be completed in order to be eligible for this program.

Winning Solution
* Receive $500 for each family that is referred by you that enrolls a student(s) in the TK - 12 program at BGCA and stays
at least one semster.
** FACTS will charge each family a $46 Application Fee for enrolling in their payment plan system.
+ FACTS will charge a late fee of $30 for any payments not made or received after 25th of the month.
