Admissions for school age students

We are accepting applications for enrollment for the 2012-2013 school year.

Registration
The Registration Fee for the 2012-2013 School Year is a one time non-refundable payment of $450.00.

Tuition
Tuition fees are handled and paid through Smart Tuition Management Company. More information will be sent in the enrollment package. The tuition for one year for one child is $4,500.00. Multiple children will be discounted further.

Incentives
Satisfied and enthusiastic families are our best publicity. A $500.00 credit per family to your tuition account, for referring a family that enrolls in our school. Both families will need to remain current for the entire year; you will receive your credit on the last 2 tuition payments.

Half Day 5 Days/Week: Monthly Tuition $470.00
Full Day 3 Days/Week: Monthly Tuition $380.00
Half Day 3 Days/Week: Monthly Tuition $325.00
Full Day 2 Days/Week: Monthly Tuition $300.00
Half Day 2 Days/Week: Monthly Tuition $245.00

Children not toilet trained - 2 years old:
Full Day 5 Days/Week: Monthly Tuition $640.00
Half Day 5 Days/Week: Monthly Tuition $520.00
Full Day 3 Days/Week: Monthly Tuition $430.00
Half Day 3 Days/Week: Monthly Tuition $350.00
Full Day 2 Days/Week: Monthly Tuition $320.00
Half Day 2 Days/Week: Monthly Tuition $290.00

FULL DAY 7:00 AM-6:00 PM
HALF DAY 7:00 AM - 12:00 NOON

Fees
Enrollment - $50.00
Registration Fee - $70.00
Total - $120.00 for new student.

Late monthly payment fee - $25.00, Returned check fee - $25.00
Late pick-up charge $10.00 for the first 10 minutes, $1.00 per additional minute.
Additional day $40.00 per full day, $35.00 morning only, $30.00 added afternoon. (Additional day requires advance approval by the director.)
Tuition is based on 48 weeks per year. FLAT RATE

Discounts
Active members of Prince of Peace Lutheran Church receive a 10% discount.
Families who refer a new family that enrolls in Prince of Peace receive one time $50.00 discount in their next payment.
If a family has more than one child enrolled five full days per week in the Preschool or school receives onetime $50.00 discount in their last payment.
If a family has more than one child enrolled five full days per week in the preschool the second and third children will receive a 5% discount.
NO DISCOUNT WILL BE GIVEN TO CHILDREN WHO ARE NOT POTTY TRAINED

Payment
Monthly tuition payment is through Smart Tuition Management Services. One time service charge of $45.00 will be added to total amount of tuition.

Holidays, school-closed dates, and vacation time has been considered in the total annual tuition cost. No credits or adjustments will be given. No adjustments will be made for days that a child is absent due illness or other causes. School-closed dates are one week in August, one week at Thanksgiving, and two weeks at Christmas.
