To be eligible to receive the Atholton Church member rate,the parent must be a member of
the Atholton Church at the time of registration. Membership information will be confirmed
with the Atholton Church.

To be eligible to receive the SDA Church member rate, the parent must submit the Church
Membership Verification Form, signed by the designated church official from their home
church at the time of registration.

Community Rate applies to all families who are not affiliated with an SDA Church.

Financial assistance may be available on a limited basis. SDA members should apply through
their local congregation.
