FINANCIAL INFORMATION 2012-2013
ALL STUDENT FEES Preschool & K-8
Application Fee: $50 (non-refundable) The one time application fee is for each new student and is due when the application is submitted.

Registration Fee: (non-refundable)
Preschool: $ 75
Elementary: $150
Middle School: $150
Discounts on the registration fee if paid by certain dates. This fee pays for the following expenses: ACSI membership, testing, and administrative costs.

Curriculum & Materials Fee: Due Friday, May 18, 2012, or at the time of enrollment if later. (This fee is pro-rated and refundable for Preschool Students only.)

Before enrolling for the 2012-13 school year all tuition for 2011-2012 must be paid by June 15, 2012. For tuition not paid in full, the FACTS Tuition Management Program must be used for monthly payments via automatic bank withdrawal (including a $38 annual processing fee per family automatically deducted from your account). Payments not made when due will incur a $30 œinsufficient funds  fee from FACTS and any additional fees your bank may charge. Financial aid packets are available upon request in the school office. All fees must be paid by the time school starts or at the time of enrollment if later.

K - 8TH GRADE ANNUAL TUITION
To compute the total tuition costs for kindergarten through eighth-grade students, take the tuition for the child in the highest grade \"1st child,\" then add the amount from the \"2nd child\" line, and so on.
1st child: $3,950

3rd child: $1,000
4th child: FREE
After School Care (2:45pm - 5:15 pm) Parents of SCA students (Preschool - 5th grade) may purchase prepaid punch cards for aftercare @ $3.25/hour. Childcare hours must be reserved in advance and need at least 48 hours cancellation notice to avoid charges.
