Tri-Pay: Three equal payments due on or before June 1, September 1, and December 1, 2013.
Monthly: Ten equal payments due June 2013 through April 2014 (no payment due in December). Families choosing this option MUST enroll with FACTS Management Company. For more information, please see Tuition Payment Plans for 2013-2014 located on the PCA Website under Admissions.

Late Registrations and Tuition Grant Applications: As a general guideline, if your students are registered and you have set up your FACTS account (monthly payers only) and you have accepted your Tuition Grant (if you have applied and been offered a grant) on or before April 30, 2013 , your billing statement should arrive by May 15, 2013. If either of these events occurs after April 30, then your billing statement should arrive within two weeks after both of those have been completed. If this happens, your payment schedule may be modified and you may have fewer (and therefore higher) payments.

*International students select annual pay only.

SELECTIVE STUDIES
Selective Studies classes are designed to support students in grades 1-12 who have a diagnosed condition that interferes with learning or who would benefit from a class to become successful in specific areas of the academic curriculum. Permission from the Selective Studies Director and High School or Elementary School Principal must be obtained prior to registering for Selective Studies.

PROVIDENCE FUND
The Providence Fund is an annual fundraising campaign with a goal of $350,000. For several years we have been moving toward having tuition cover the annual operating costs while the Providence Fund provides resources for capital improvements. Reaching our annual goal has funded projects such as: paving the elementary parking area; replacing the elementary roof; and repairing/painting the exterior wall. These projects are part of our 10-year improvement plan.

There are two objectives for the Providence Fund. The first is participation. Demonstrating a high percentage of participation by school families is essential when applying for foundation grants. Each gift, regardless of size, counts toward the percentage total.

The second objective is to reach the goal of $350,000. For those faithfully supporting the fund in the past, we ask you to consider a gift equal to or greater than last year's gift. For new participants, we ask that you seek a level with which you feel comfortable and join us in caring for and improving what God has provided.

TUITION GRANT PROGRAM
Limited funding is available through a need-based financial aid grant program. For more information, please see œTuition Grant Information 2013-2014 on the Providence website.

Providence Christian Academy does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national or ethnic origin in the administration of its admissions policies, educational policies, athletic and other school-administered program.
