Refund Policy:
If a student withdraws prior to the first day of school as designated on the school calendar but after tuition has been paid, 75% of the tuition will be refunded. If a student withdraws after attending one or more days of school , no refund will be made, and the balance of the tuition will be due.

Tuition Payment Timeline:
Tuition must be current prior to entering second semester. Late fees may be imposed on accounts over 90 days past due. If you have any questions, contact the business office.

Minority Scholarship Program
Adams County Christian School, Inc., provides financial assistance annually to two minority families who can independently establish documentation of a financial need. Applications are reviewed and scholarships are awarded based upon recommendations made by an independent analysis firm or at the headmaster's discretion to students that meet all the requirements as set forth in this program. Financial aid will be limited to a sum equal to fifty percent or greater of the annual tuition. Applications will be available at the front office.

General requirements
In order to be considered for this program, the student must be a minority, must have no conviction of a crime, and must be under the age of nineteen.

Application Timelines
Student must submit completed applications and related documents by the beginning of the school year for consideration. It is the applicant's responsibility that all material needed for scholarship is submitted to the Headmaster for consideration by the Board of Directors by this date.

Financial Eligibility
Applicants must complete the financial aid form required by the National Association of the Independent Schools and provide all relevant information needed. The Applicant's family income should be below the family poverty level as designated annually by the United States Government to qualify for financial aid.
Health Requirements
Student immunization records are required for the first time applicants.
Academic Requirements
Applicant must provide a current copy of his/her elementary and /or secondary transcript and any achievement tests scores deemed relevant.
Citizenship
A. The applicant will be expected to be a sound citizen, reflecting such citizenship traits as honesty, integrity,
dependability, responsibility, sound moral character and courteous conduct.
B. The applicant must submit two letters of recommendations from non-family members attesting to his/her
moral character. At least one of these must be from a school official from the applicant's immediate prior school.
C. Once the applicant is accepted, he/she will be expected to comply with the rules, regulations, and policies of
Adams County Christian School, Inc.

Drug Policy
Adams County Christian School, Inc. Board of Directors reserves the right to forfeit any scholarship to students who
get expelled for disciplinary reasons or test positive in accordance with the school's current drug program.
