SchoolTuitions.org is the ONLY website that lists school tuition costs and fees for private schools grades K-12.
Our website is to be used as a general guideline only of current tuitions.
We are a user based system and most of our tuitions posted are by user contributions.
The John Dewey Academy provides a superb year-round curriculum of academic and emotional development in an historic setting. The fifty-two week fee for the 2012-2013 school-year is $88,000, billed quarterly. Other costs include a $3,000 one-time fee for intake and registration, a $7000 security deposit (refundable), and a $7,000 tuition deposit, which is credited on the first quarterly bill. Students may enroll at any time during the year; the quarter in which they arrive will be pro-rated.
Some school districts have reimbursed parents (or paid directly) for part or all of the tuition. Furthermore, part or all of the cost may be tax-deductible. (Given the ever-changing IRS regulations, we suggest that parents consult their accountants.) In cases of need, the financial aid office may be able to reduce tuition through work-study.
