REGISTRATION FEE
The Student(s) listed above has registered for enrollment in Christ the King Catholic School in Fort Smith, Arkansas for
the 2012-2013 School Year. The Registration Fee for each student will be $230.00 with the exception of the preschool
two day program which is $175.00. The registration fee includes a $30.00 student supply fee and a $15.00 PTO fee.
Registration fees for new students are due at the time of registration. Registration fees for existing families within the
school are due by Monday, May 7th, 2012. Families who select automatic bank draft for tuition payment may have the
registration fee taken out in June.

2 1/2 - 4 Year Old - Three Days Only - 7:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.: $2,980.00
2 1/2 - 4 Year Old - Five Days - Monday - Thursday 7:30 to 11:30 a.m. Friday 7:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.: $2,460.00
2 1/2 - 4 Year Old - Five Days - 7:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.: $4,090.00
