Application Procedures
In order to apply to Cornerstone Schools of Alabama, please submit the following materials:

Step One: Complete and return application with the following:
- Copy of the most recent report card
- Most recent Test Scores (SAT, ARMT, DIBELS)
- Appendix M (Physical form for K4 students ONLY)
- Processing Fee ($60 per child or $100 per family)

Step Two: Once the application for admission is received, an appointment will be
made for appropriate testing and interview.
*Step Two can only be completed AFTER Step One is fully completed.

Step Three: After testing has been completed, the application will be reviewed. The school office will then inform the applicant's family of the school's decision in writing.

Step Four: The tuition coordinator will then contact you to schedule an appointment for your tuition assessment. Please have financial records/proof of income with you at this appointment (W2 form, tax return, and/or paystub). At this time your contract will be established based on your income.

NOTICE: Students are not enrolled or placed on classroom rosters until ALL of Steps 1-­ 4 are completed and a financial contract is signed.
